1. Product description
Automatic iron net pneumatic spot welding machine is used for making wire mesh. This kind of machine is used for fence 3~6mm. It is an automatic welding equipment designed and manufactured by ourselves absorbing advanced resistance welding technology from home and abroad. Line wire loop and balance system to ensure wire mesh accuracy. Welding adopts late model efficient welding transformer. The voltage adjusting range is big which enlarge the range of wire diameter size. It is adjusted through the electricity current button on the front panel.

3. Application area
The automatic iron net pneumatic spot welding machine can be used in construction, either for concrete reinforcement or panels in walls, floors, roofs and other applications in constructions and building.

e. To strengthen easy operation of machine, we use proximity switch between upper and lower welding heads, when cross wire doesn’t reach, the machine will stop automatically.
